1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept both Online Payments (via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders require confirmation via WhatsApp or call before dispatch.


2. How long does it take to deliver my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days. COD orders may take 1–2 additional days due to mandatory verification.


3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp. You can use this to check the real-time status of your delivery.


4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch. After the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.


5. How does the return process work?

We offer a 5-day return window. You must provide a complete unboxing video. Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product. Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after inspection.


6. Do you offer product exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Please email us at urbanauraa1322@gmail.com. A flat ₹150 shipping charge is applicable.


7. Are returns or exchanges free?

Returns are free. However, exchanges require a ₹150 flat shipping fee.


8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please share a complete unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will verify and arrange a return or exchange at no extra cost.


9. Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we deliver to most PIN codes across India. In case your area is not serviceable, we’ll inform you during order processing.


10. Is it safe to shop from Urban Auraa?
